We realize the impact and uncertainty that COVID-19 is creating in our communities and around the world; and our thoughts go out to all affected. Like many of you, we are working diligently to strike the delicate balance of maintaining the highest level of product delivery and client service while ensuring the continued health and safety of our employees.
To that end, I want to inform you that we are implementing split shifts to keep our manufacturing shop humming along, but we have asked our client services, sales, accounting and support departments to work remotely until further notice. We have taken precautions to ensure that we can continue to provide the level of service that you have come to expect from STM, regardless of where our team members are located.
We are closely monitoring the recommendations from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local public health offices, and we will notify you of any further impacts this may have to our operations.
