Why are STM Canna’s products better?
We are the manufacturer and strictly monitor quality assurance. We do not import or rebrand and we do not outsource production.
Our products are food grade and assembled from stainless steel and aluminum in the USA.
Another major reason is our quality is unsurpassed. We build UL compliant commerical grade equipment designed to withstand rigorous production requirements and stringent demands.
What does the warranty cover?
STM offers one of the best warranties in the industry backed by a knowledgeable & dedicated client services team. All of our machines come with a comprehensive 12-month parts and labor warranty on most machines and 24-months on the Atomic Closer. We are also available for support by phone, email and/or video conference every Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME ON YOUR EQUIPMENT?
Please be advised that STM products are in high demand and lead times often vary. Contact us today at (509) 204-3165 for current lead times on all STM products. All products are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The current lead time is 2 weeks for most machines and 4 weeks for the LaunchPad scale. Because shipping dates are confirmed only upon receipt of payment, we ask that you keep this in mind with purchasing and take action appropriately in order to meet your production needs and timelines.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payment is due in full at the time of invoicing. We accept ACH/bankwire, and credit card.
We do not have any in-house leasing/financing options. However, if you have a preferred financial institution or equipment leasing company you would like to utilize, we would be happy to provide any supporting documentation necessary to process the order.
